  • Proof of purchase is available

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items must be returned according to the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive the exchanged item(s) and confirm they meet our exchange requirements, we will ship the replacement item within 3 business days.


Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, follow the instructions provided for sending the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund if approved:
